A deposit of 10% of your Booking Amount Plus a Booking fee of £1.50 will be charged to your credit card. This Deposit of 10% Plus the Booking Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE in any circumstances.
If you are making a booking with someone elses credit card, you should fax us the authorization letter along with the photocopy of the card (both side) and a identity proof (Passport or Driving Licence) of the person holding the card.
Open arrival if you decide to pay by cerdit card, you will be charged a Credit Card Surcharge of 5% of the remaing Balance Amount due.

We require 24 Hours notice to cancel the room or beds. If cancelling within 24 Hours of arrival date (or no-shows) we will charge for one nights stay(the first night of your stay) in addition to the 10% Deposit and the Bookings Fee you had already paid. 24 Hours are counted from 10.30 AM of your arrival date.

Kids under 16 years of age are not allowed to stay in Dormatory or shared rooms with other guests. The Whole Dormatory or shared room should be booked for the family or Group.
Please note that our Shared accomodation/ domratories are not suitable for people over 50 years of age.
please note shared room if you are more than 1 person it dose not mean you will be all together in the same room . |

At the time of Check-in at the hostel you will have to deposit £10.00 per person. These deposits will be refunded to you at the time of your Check - out.
Rooms/Dorms are available at 13:00 AM on the day of arrival, however you are welcome to drop off any luggage in the morning. |
